Chicken & Blues

Chicken & Blues’ mission is to provide a completely different take on the traditional chicken shop. With a secret ingredient 48 hour marinade and a 3 stage cooking process, the chicken itself has been developed with attention to detail. A selection of home made sauces are served alongside some lovingly prepared side dishes.

Chicken & Blues’ mission is to provide a completely different take on the traditional chicken shop.

In early 2015, Chicken & Blues was named as one of the top 5 chicken concepts in the UK by The Metro London newspaper, as well as receiving an award by Dragon’s Den star, Theo Paphitis.
